SOUL ASHES
(1st March, 2002, 11:59 PM)

The eye,
When it stares inwards,
I can clearly see my soul.
It is engulfed in flames
And my secrets of old.
The eye,
When it stares outwards,
I can slearly see your soul.
The fire has melted the ice
And it flames your secrets, so cold.
The eye,
When it can stare no more,
I will no longer observe our souls.
Only sense,
Our fire
Our secret
And the lies we never told.
Then,
Will our burning souls
Wish for ice?
No,
The fire will dissapear
The secrets will corrode.
Only lies left, untold
And secret embers, left to hold.
